In Cambresis, in our welcoming and warm Northern region, at the gateway to L'Avesnois, you are at the Hostellerie du Marché in the town center of Le Cateau-Cambrésis, birthplace of Henri Matisse.
It is Karine and David who are at the helm of this family business, a true local institution. After two years of slumber and major renovations for the happiness of receiving you better, the doors were reopened in January 2019.
The Catesian address has regained all its splendor. Behind the pretty facade of the elegant red brick building: a warm setting combining authenticity and modernity. Here, you will find 14 rooms and regional "homemade" cooking of our restaurant and its pleasant terrace.
