Fresh, organic and homemade, the cooking of the restaurant of the Hostellerie du Marché celebrates our terroir. It is elaborated from fresh produce selected mainly from local and organic producers. The menu proposes, amongst other things, a wide choice of meats cooked over a wood fire ... grilled dishes straight out of the majestic fireplace enthroned in the dining room.
